Wanted everyone to know, since this was such a wierd thing

I had posted about this on both the problems list and the main list..

wanted everyone to know the deal.

Just an FYI..

called my surgeon's office.. it seems that if you don't eat for

more than 12 hours, the digestive juices from the liver & pancreas can

run on through.. causing pale green mucoid diarrhea. So, its nothing

to worry about, as long as its not accompanied by right upper quadrant

pain or nausea/vomiting.

Thanks for letting us know, Liane. BUT, WHY HAD YOU NOT EATEN FOR

THAT LONG A HAUL? I had hoped that the new job would bring a saner

life style along with it.

*scolding you gently* Liane you cant go for more than 12 hours without eating.

I know that you love to take care of people but you also have to take care of

you! *hugs* now go eat something

Because I have a beastly upper respiratory infection.. I was ASLEEP

all that time. Once I was conscious, I ate something.

Fortunately I've only been sleeping 10 to 12 hours at a stretch

since.. awake an hour, sleep for 12. Means I get up and eat a piece

of steak even tho what I want is some soup..

lol.. the new job HAS brought a much samer lifestyle.. unfortunately,

both my coworkers and most of my patients have this galloping crud

right now. =(

So no.. I'm not fasting intentionally.
