as a side note, try the acidophlus with bifidus.....great stuff to keep you

regular and get rid of gas etc......

you are doing just great, hun......you are following in the footsteps of the

great losers who have been there, done that!

Thanks . I wish I took my measurements pre op, I'm probably the only one

in the first 2 weeks. I only lost 3 pounds total in the 3rd and 4th

Your body just has to catch up. Rest assured, the weight will continue

to drop off. I'm now at 5-1/2 weeks post-op and have lost a total of 28

lbs. It's slow, but it's coming off. Don't be so concerned with the

scale. Take your measurements and weigh yourself once a week. You will

be amazed at how the inches are melting off--even if the scale doesn't

move much at first.

I got some and took it Friday...Sat was great but Sunday was horrible...LOL

I was home sick monday and today I forgot. Does this stuff work pretty fast

or was it a fluke I had a good day Sat? Also on the bottle it says 4 tablets

3 or 4 times a day...do I really take that much????

It worked pretty fast for us.....as far as taking 4, 3X a day I would follow

instructions for the first week then taper off to 2 a day from then on. Its

worked very well for us.

What brand did you get? And is it refrigerated?

Ok Aj...you shouldnt have any problems. Just take it faithfully every

day......4 tabs once a day (this is what I do) for the first week and after

that 2-3 a day.....depending on how you feel. Im taking 2 now becuz the

smell and the gas has decreased. (it still stinks but if you flush right

away and spray the smell quickly leaves whereas before it lingered around

for a few hands of poker before leaving) At least I can now use regular

bathroom spray than the citrus.
