Guest guest
All, It has been a while since i have posted. I am mom to Deianira; a 9 year old RSS girl. For those that know us - -she is doing GREAT! We are going to NY to see Dr. H at the end of April and she is FINALLY out of a carseat. In the last 6 months she has gone from a whopping 31 pounds to 47! She looks much better and is doing good in school. She cannot WAIT to go to the convention this year! As for me, it is a little nuts. I am working full time, in college full time (with 9 classes to go until grad!) and taking care of my wonderful 5 kids. Needless to say, I mostly have just enough time to check in here and read a few of the latest postings. We are considering moving to a place around the Chicago area and I have some questions about Illinois. Are there programs in Illinois that assist with the costs for children with disabilities? (in Ohio we have BCMH which pays for anything that my insurance does not cover...this is not the same as the medical card and the income guidelines are different, it is issued from the Bureau of Children with Medical Handicaps) Does anyone have Aetna Health Insurance and does it cover Genetropin? Are there any other state guidelines that would be helpful for me to know? Thanks for always being here! Sincerely, Danita Frizzell
