Guest guest
My son is 8 months old and has had his starband for 1.5 months. We were going every other week for a shave, but this past time she told me to come in 3 weeks. Doesn't that seem really long w/o a shave? I'm pretty sure docband has to go in every week. Guest guest
It just depends on how fast/slow he's growing. Has he plateaued in growth? My son went every 3 weeks for adjustments to his DOCBand, but he was much older at the time (17months+) and his growth was slow. It shouldn't be a problem to wait 3 weeks for an adjustment as long as you keep an eye on it and make sure he doesn't have a growth spurt that makes the band too tight. If it does seem tight, just call and take him in earlier for an adjustment. Jake-2.5 (DOCBand Grad 9/08) Jordan-5 > > My son is 8 months old and has had his starband for 1.5 months. Guest guest
Thanks Ladies...I was worried that 3 weeks was too long to go w/o an adjustment, but I guess I was wrong. Thanks for the input! > > My son is 8 months old and has had his starband for 1.5 months. We were going every other week for a shave, but this past time she told me to come in 3 weeks.
