I know that I really like my carbs (3 slices of bread a day) and that is a big reason for the slow loss. My question is has anyone ever tried any of the carb (starch) blockers that are on the market? I was thinking that if they worked I could take one before a carbo attack. By the way I get in all my protein and H2O with no problems. Just looking for an edge.
