My stomach was done with the sleeve (I believe) but just dumps directly into the intestines instead of having the pyloric valve. I don't know what other differences if any I really have. All I know is that if he hadn't told me I wouldn't know I had any differences. I eat everything, don't overchew etc. etc. I can also do sugar and don't experience any dumping. It's been 7 months and I just passed the 100 mark. I am down 102 lbs. today. Yea!!! Jackie Ward " God bless America!
