Guest guest
I do not have experience with this. I have waited for someone to respond to your post (out of curiosity). I wonder if, since we are supposed to eat filtered honey that does not have bee pollen (at least in the beginning until well advanced) if taking bee pollen directly is a good idea. I hope someone responds soon. I've heard things here and there about royal jelly but it was pre-SCD I think. Guest guest
Just a word of caution from my experience. Our homeopath/MD recently told me that many people are allergic to bee propolis. I took this for only a couple days, along with some other supps, and my blood pressure shot up and ever since I have tinnitis!! :-( He blamed the bee propolis. IF you do try it, go slow and don't introduce anything else with it!!!
