All of Mrs. Dash is gluten/casein free, I checked on this a couple months

back. We use these all the time, perhaps you can find a blend your son will

like.

Thank you. I have Mrs. Dash and everytime I want to use it I don't

because I don't know it's status. Then when I am able to check on it

I forget.
