OT- adrenal fatigue questions/Amelia

Amelia,

    Oh my, the itchy ears could be about adrenal issues ?  My left ear

has been driving me crazy for a few months.  Like PJ, I've assumed it

was allergies because mine usually happens in the spring.

    I've had adrenal fatigue/insufficiency for a long time but lately

I've been feeling better in that department---still on Hydrocortisone,

but not as much.

    I did take Zyrtec a few days and it was much better, but today it's

itchy again.

   

Hmmm, something else to consider...though I don't know what I'd do any

differently.  I'm convinced the adrenal issue won't be cured until my

gut is well enough to properly absorb all the nutrition it needs.
