Guest guest
Lolita, I've seen a lot of information about mercury toxicity/chelation and the MS connection, but not the diet. We are chelating our son 3 yrs old who has been on the GFCF diet for about a 1.5 yrs. I have a cousin who has MS and in my research for my son, I always look at anything that pertains to MS and pass that along to her. Good luck with your daughter!!!! I don't think there's any research on it's effectiveness but my experience has been that many people with autoimmune disorders think they see some help from avoiding gluten...and perhaps casein. If it helps...even a bit Some links... http://www.direct-ms.org/roger.html http://www.paleodiet.com/ms/MSCordain.txt http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2001/03/010322074643.htm (this is quite inetesting) http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2000-04/UoMM-Rfiz-2804100.php There's more at Don Wiss' http://www.paleodiet.com/ms/ -------------------------------------------- Jay Bigam Marketing and Information Technology Manager Kinnikinnick Foods Inc. www.kinnikinnick.com Toll Free: 1-
