My daughter wore a Starband for about 4 months and is now wearing it nights

only. During

that time I had many inquiries about it, never negative (which I was worried

about). One

question I always got a kick out of was " Where did you get that? That would be

great for my

child as they are learning to walk/crawl. "

I was flipping through the Oct. Parenting magazine and found a company selling

helmets

(Thudguard) to protect a child while learning to walk. If only we could all

time our helmets

with the walking stage it could be a 2 in 1 use! ; )

Hi Kim,We get the same question, "Where can I buy one for my kid, he is always hurting himself." I tell them, this would be the most expensive safety helmet you ever bought, but if you have an extra $4,000 go for it. It's pretty funny. On the other side, having the helmet age 8 months to 12 months we have had the extra protection but when he has it off, he gets really upset if he bumps his head. I think the helmet has made him more adventurous. I now worry about his head in more ways then one now.Have a great day,Noah, STARband drop out @ 12months old a different positive to the helmet
