Guest guest
Way to go, Steve! Can't think of a greater guy to reach a new low (LOL). Enjoy those onion rings, and life, and keep it up (or should I say down)! Marcia YESSSSSSS! (shamelessly cross-posted) Today was the day! FINALLY broke through 300#. Weighed in at 299#. BMI is 39.4, so I am no longer morbidly obese, either, just plain obese! This has been like guerilla warfare for me--fighting for every pound. I have to exercise every other day and stay away from even sensible sugary things like fruit juice, etc. 85 pounds more to go; lots'a struggles ahead. But, today is a day to just kick back and feel good--maybe go for a big order of fried onion rings, too (better than Krispy Kremes). Guest guest
Steve, Congrats on your loss. Aren't those milestone numbers just the greatest?!! I'm with you on needing to exercise and eat sensibly to show a loss. I know others are able to eat whatever they want and still lose, but I am not one of them either. However, I'll take the DS any day...simply being able to exercise is a miracle! Dawna
