Colin- is complaining of pain from G-Tube

So - as I started to email the other day and stopped, my 4 year old

Colin- (RSS) has the G-tube. Very tricky and sneaky this tube

b/c just when you think your kid is gaining weight and all is great,

something happens. We went to hook him up the other night and he

complained it hurt so now we have an appointment in Manhatten with

his surgeon at Columbia to see what is wrong. He hasn't gained more

weight since the original weight gain a year ago, but of course he

has gone up and down like a yo-yo b/c the minute you try to maintain

the eating on its own, the weight comes off. It is so frustrating.

Sorry. I just wanted to vent a little.
