This recipe sounds so good! I remember one of your very early

posts, lamenting that Chick Fil-A was full of illegals. And now you have

re-created that special taste with awesomely wholesome ingredients!

Hey guys! I just discovered a snack that, to

me, tastes just like a

chick fil a sandwich! Well, without the bread, lettuce, and tomato,

but you could add those things (SCD legal) if you want. What I do is

just take some leftover chicken, top with a combo of gouda cheese and

cheddar cheese, and stick it in the toaster oven to let the cheese

melt. Top with honey mustard (equal parts honey & mustard) and mayo,

and some black pepper. I think the smokey flavor of the gouda plus the

honey mustard taste makes it taste like that special honey BBQ chick

fil-a sauce. At least to me it does!
