Guest guest
, hang on a second, OK? When they said not diagnosed properly, who said this? Many children are accidently diagnosed RSS when they aren't -- but in the vast majority of these cases, everything else has also been ruled out, and the child is still diagnosed with " small for gestational age " - meaning the child was born at under 5lbs 5oz and 17.5 inches long (roughly) at full term. The treatment for RSS and SGA is identical, and in fact the life issues are the same, mostly, for both. This is why MAGIC renamed its RSS division the RSS/SGA division. Is your daughter SGA? From your statement " ...now I don't know what is wrong with her anymore " it sounds like the doctors didn't give you any alternatives to the RSS diagnosis??? Write back! > > I have been told that my daughter was not diagnosed properly so I > can't be part of your group anymore. now I don't know what is wrong > with her anymore.
