I use a 2 liter " batter bowl " . It's a glass bowl with a spout and a thick

plastic lid. I use whole mil, half and half, cream or a combo of those. I would

never use powdered milk. You can also use the quart sized mason jars. Just

figure out how many will fit before you measure your milk.

I don't know how I went so long before getting mine.

It was expensive at first to get all the gadgets I wanted too. Now I have them,

and I use them- yogurt maker, Vitamix...

Reassure hubby that it slows down after a while....

I have two yogourmets and it's just me eating it :)

I wouldn't. I'd cover them with plastic wrap or a cotton cloth
