Guest guest
Hello everyone, I finally got my Echocardiogram results from my pulmo doc. She didn't read it all off to me. She just said it was alright. My other doctor read it and I didn't understand it so I got the wrong idea.I have a new appointment with my pulmo doc on Wednesday. I explained to his nurse how I got bad too fast for emphysema. A year ago I was out dancing every Saturday and going boating once a month. In November I was put in the hospital because my oxygen sats were so low. In January my cardiologist put me on oxygen and sent me to the pulmonary doctor. From what I have read on this board and other places on the net he did his testing by the book. Then he moved away and now I'm no longer being treated for PF and I put my O2 on 4 and go to the maiilbox and my sats drop to 86 or lower. She asked me if I was taking my Imuran and I explained to her what happened with my pancreas. I told the hospital over there to send my records to both of my doctors but it sounded like my pulmo didn't get them. So anyhow, she made me an appointment for Wednesday and I'm curious to see what he says and if he will start treating me for the PF again. They were just planning on waiting for the results from Dr. Raghu. That's 3 months away and who knows what could happen with no treatment.
