up and coming fundraisers

hey everyone,

i am waiting to hear back from a hotel/banquet hall on holding a

dinner/dance fundraiser there for our trip (and hopefully enough

money for others as well) to go to convention!!! i am soo

excited!! this will be the biggest event we have held so far!! we

also have a home interiors candle sale going on right now, a benefit

roller skate and a spa night party both in may, a breakfast and a

bowling fundraiser both in june. i also have to finish stuffing a

couple of more envelopes with fundraising letters i wrote and the

scholarship brouchers to mail out to area businesses and groups.

wish us luck!! and jenn b. also gave the name and number of a

tupperware consultant that i am going to contact about a

fundraiser!!!

can't wait until july!!!!

Jodie - make sure that you connect with folks like Amy Nickols,

Callahan and Ken who are doing similar things, so that you

can " copy and paste " and not recreate additional work for yourself.

Keep us posted -- it sounds awesome! I remember how many families

you helped go to the convention last year -- truly remarkable talent
