Guest guest
I have used gelatin that was expired a month, not seriously expired. I wouldn't eat it but that's just me. I noticed they sell smaller packets now at most grocery stores. Like 6 packs or something so it's easier to use up. Guest guest
I had no issues. It congealed my " jello " nicely. Misty > > Has anyone ever used seriously expired gelatin > and if they have, what were the results? > > Mara >
