Those doctors leave you with a stub of a duodenum which causes even greater malabsorbtion of some vitamins and minerals. Take your vitamin today. Even if you don't go on to the more sophisticated regimen that some people advocate, at least you will get something - which Dr. Keshishian seems to think is enough. The Centrum doesn't have iron, which is fine for men. Ask you surgeon about the iron - and his general recommendations on supplements. Don't forget the calcium, too (3 Tums for me).
