Guest guest
I have what will probably sound like a strange question but in my quest to find an answer I figured I would ask here too...so, my daughter (12 months) has low muscle tone (hypotonia) and has had her doc band since May 5th. She has facial asymetry and I am hoping the band will help to improve that (although it looks like we will need a second band). Her eyes are asymetrical and now when she looks down at her feet while she is laying down one lid closes as her eye shifts toward feet (which is normal) and the other lid stays wide open as her eye shifts toward her feet. I asked the OT at CT but she hadn't seen anything like that before. I took her to the eye doctor but he didn't have any real answers either. Wondering if anyone has heard of this happening? Thank you, Suzanne
Guest guest
Is this is the case even with the band off? I would see your ped and maybe a neurosurgeon. I don't know that it is anything serious, but definitely unusual. -christine sydney, 3.5 yrs, starband grad > > I have what will probably sound like a strange question but in my quest to find an answer I figured I would ask here too...so, my daughter (12 months) has low muscle tone (hypotonia) and has had her doc band since May 5th.
