Hi, Eileen im from Dublin, and for such a small country ive never been to tyrone or cork believe it or not. I'm sure youve heard of Roy Keane he's from cork and is an irish legend!!,

Did you mean i shouldnt take the vitimans im on aswell as fruit and honey? just wanted to clarify as i wasnt sure. Also ive stopped the eggs and will see if i can get this s.boullardi

you're kidding! been there your whole life?? i'll have to ask dad about roy

yes my doc has me pull out vits when tummy is bothered - probably not absorbing

them now anyway - yes take out all fruit and honey - it stinks i know - been

that way for over a year - just cooked berries here for now and got quite yeasty

and not feeling great after foolishly trying ban pancakes recently (and old

twice a day favorite for me) but not worth it - we're here to heal so goodbye

to fruit honey juice etc - you'll be happy with results - good luck - want me

to ship kirkman's s boullardi? have a brand new bottle here - not sure when it

would arrive or how much ??but let me know

I miss the Kellogs cornflakes myself, and ye the cream and milk is good its exactly what i use for making my yogurt. As for dublin its a great place but not as easy to get scd stuff in this country. And Newtownmountkennedy is a village in County Wicklow which is right beside Dublin and very close to where i live....
