The only problem is that I'm taking meds like Claversal, which is similar to lialda, and it has illegals like guar gum or some kind of starch or other, that is considered illegal. I'm not really sure what to do, because I'm afraid of taking no medication, and yet it seems rather redundant to be on a diet, and do things contrary to the principles of the diet, at the same time.> > > > > > > > Please, advice would be well appreciated. Guest guest
you're kidding! been there your whole life?? i'll have to ask dad about roy keane - lol yes my doc has me pull out vits when tummy is bothered - probably not absorbing them now anyway - yes take out all fruit and honey - it stinks i know - been that way for over a year - just cooked berries here for now and got quite yeasty and not feeling great after foolishly trying ban pancakes recently (and old twice a day favorite for me) but not worth it - we're here to heal so goodbye to fruit honey juice etc - you'll be happy with results - good luck - want me to ship kirkman's s boullardi? have a brand new bottle here - not sure when it would arrive or how much ??but let me know eileen > > > > > > > > > > Hi friends > > > > > I've asked this question before, and didn't recieve any answer (that I'm aware of) > > > > > I've been on the SCD diet for several months now, and have seen marked results. Mark The fancier stuff is nice, of course, but it seems to me Elaine said that we can heal perfectly well with foods we get from the supermarket.
