Guest guest
Beth Certainly will. The thought of such problems so young is just so painful. But between what doctors can do and the incredible strength of kids to overcome things we don't dream of I certainly hold hope. > > Hi everyone, > I just received word from my brother in NJ that my 9 year old niece has a brain tumor and will be having surgery to remove it sometime in the next 2 or 3 weeks. Guest guest
Beth, When it Rains, it Pours, I will add to my prayer list and of course my heart goes out to you. Remember children can recover from things adults don't handle well. Give your brother and family all our best wishes. Guest guest
Of course we will, Beth. I'm so sorry to hear about your niece's tumor & I am praying that her surgery is successful with no bad after effects. It's also sad that a 9-year-old may need to be hospitalized during the holidays. If you think it's OK, why don't you send me her address so I can send her a Christmas or Hannukah card, or even just a Happy Holiday card to let her know that people care -- even way across country on the other coast.
