Guest guest
The first year, there is usually die-off after 3,6,9 and 12 months. I'm not sure where the information is located but maybe a moderator will respond shortly. I think some redo the intro a couple of days or at least drop back down to easy foods. Just take it easy if possible. Also, after you go through this experience, you seem to feel a lot better, it's like you hit a higher phase in healing (sorry lack of better words--just woke up). The months vary but it's pretty close to the quarterly (and not everyone is the same). Hope you feel better. There's alternative intro foods on pecanbread.com if you don't want to do the chicken soup with carrots, etc. Debbie 41 cd I've seen somewhere about issues surrounding 3 month, 6 month, etc. anniversary of beginning the diet. Would someone please direct me to where I might have read that? Or at least describe to me the typical issues one may run into around the 6 month mark? I didn't have any problems at the 3 months but feel like I've regressed at the 6 month mark. Thanks for any tips. Guest guest
Hey ! I have a place where I keep important notes and I have that the flares can occur at 3, 5, 7, 9, 18 months. On pecanbread.com if you link to " overcoming difficulties " there is a blurb that states: Some people experience temporary negative symptoms after several months of good results. These symptoms are called flares and usually happen after 2 or 3 months on the diet. They may also happen after 6 and 9 months... I hope this helps! -Joanna > > > > > > > > I've seen somewhere about issues surrounding 3 month, 6 month, etc. > > anniversary of beginning the diet.
