Speaking of the tyranny of executive pharmaceutical thinking on the progression

of medicine, here's more on the state of hookworm therapy for auto-immune

disease, and the government's attempt to suppress it.

By the bye, one reason that this is so annoying - like the situation with LDN

both here and in

the UK - is that here is an inexpensive therapy that doesn't need billions of

dollars in testing

at a time when both gov't's (not to mention other gov't's in the EU and

elsewhere as well)

have to think about serious ways to cut costs in medicine while still providing

excellent therapies.

That's just insane! Who knew that selling worms would be such a no-no. I guess

we'll all just have to go to Africa and walk barefoot in latrines ;-).
