But the heavy stuff on the bottom. It's going to sink anyway. :-)

I'd put the chicken on the very bottom, then some cheese, then some

veggies, then more cheese. Then pour in a mixture of egg, yogurt (and some

DCCC if you can eat that) -- you may need to add a touch of water to thin

it a tiny bit. If you really love chees, throw some more on the top. Bake.
