Guest guest
I just got back from a post-op visit with my surgeon. I had to fly to New Orleans from Kansas City and then drive to Ocean Springs for the appointment. I actually enjoyed the trip. However, I was afraid that my scales were not very accurate and that was confirmed. I thought I had lost about 54 pounds. Actually I have only lost 40 pounds. I am 10 weeks post-op and this is going a whole lot slower than I wanted. Also my surgeon says I should be losing more quickly also. He thinks I am eating too much. So what I am asking is for those of you who are a couple of months post-op and losing pretty steadily, can you let me know what you eat on a typical day? And also what kind of excercises are you doing? I really need some input on this and need to get myself jumpstarted. I lost 25 pounds my first 2 weeks. So that means in the last 8 weeks I have only lost 15 pounds! I am beginning to really stress about this! Bummed, in KC
