Guest guest
Hi Gwen, I am glad you posted. You are not alone. My symptoms are the same as yours. I started about 17 days ago, but the first week I slipped and had some fruit (sugar). As the week continued the urges lessened and I became mentally stronger. I am now on day 10 w/o any slips. As others have wrote, I believe it is the die off of yeast that is causing the fatigue, inability to concentrate and retain information. I am still experiencing these symptoms and hope to regain my physical strength and mental acuity soon. Good Luck and Keep the Faith! Guest guest
Lori, I only did the intro diet for 3 days and I was feeling pretty good (10,000 times better than before!), so I added a small amount of frozen berries to my plan. Is it not ok to eat fruit? I haven't had D since day 2. I hope your symptoms get better asap. That's awesome that you've made it 10 days. Thanks for sharing. I don't think I could make it without this group. Thanks, Gwen, Alpine, TX > > Hi Gwen, > > I am glad you posted. You are not alone.
