Guest guest
Hi Becki-- Sounds like pseudomonas-- standard yeast/fungus infection for us MO, skin folded types-- see your doc, get some cream for it-- usually gentamicyn (sp). I have some of that happening in my large and shallow incision from the panni-- I also tend to get it under my arms or breasts if I am not careful. Wash and dry area, powder gently with gold bond if you have it, or regular bath powder, and keep it dry-- tuck rolled up cotton wash cloth under over hang or a cotton tube sock-- anything to keep skin off skin and absorb moisture. Good luck, girl! the one thing this is useful for is getting insurance to cover tummy tuck-- can't have you rotting away by inches, too expensive-- cheaper to have overhang removed!
