What do you mean by legal?

Are you looking into herbal protocols or alternative anti parasitic protocols?

Is that what you are referring to?

I simply meant that a lot of herbal products that I have seen also contain

illegals like pau d'arco or psyllium. I am primarily interested in alternative

protocols. I refuse to take flagyl as suggested by most GI specialists.

Any ideas?

Hey,I had a parasite years ago. Dr. Bolte, who is recommended by the support group for doctors in NYC, gave me some supplements that cleared it right up (thank God!!), and I think they were SCD legal, although I'm so sorry I could not tell you for the life of me what they were. If you do not live around here, perhaps you can call him and explain your situation? He is a really nice guy.

I _think_ they were SCD legal, but I do know that all the supplements he prescribed for me were _not_, (I didn't take those, i think I avoided all of them), and he disagreed with BTVC about whether or not inactive ingredients in supplements are important. Or, at least, he did 5 years ago. I think from what I've read he might have changed his mind a little. Anyways, he was dead wrong about illegals being unimportant in supplements, some maltodextrin a year early had caused me ridiculous grief and set back.

Anyways, I think SCD legal parasite treatment is totally possible, and completely encourage you to continue on that route :)Best!p.s. let me know how things go, and if you call him, please lemme know what he says
