Guest guest Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 2% (imho) is a lot more tart and will drip a lot of water, maybe half the original amount of yogurt. It's an acquired taste, you can add sweetener or fruit to cut that If you use a really good low fat milk, it may not be as tart. That seems to make a difference--if you can use local or something.
