I already got a response back, here it is, what do you think?Hi Agnes,There is nothing in our egg whites except egg whites. No additives or preservatives are added to the egg whites. The pasteurization process is just a heat pasteurization process so it kills

the salmonella and neutralizes the Avidin to allow your body to safely digest it. Many of the egg whites you find in grocery stores have ingredients added to them in addition to additives and preservatives. These egg whites are made for baking and cooking purposes. Our egg whites are mainly for drinking purposes, but you can also cook and bake with them too. Please feel free to contact us with any more questions. And if anyone in your support group has any other questions,

have them contact us too. Office ManagerEgg Whites International

Has anyone ever tried these?

They sound and look legal after checking out their website. I ordered a

batch to try. I just wanted an easy source of protein for anytime on the

go.

Agnes,

Where do they list the ingredients? They CLAIM "100% pure egg

whites" but there's no ingredient list that I found in a quick

scan.

Why in the world would liquid egg whites be "more convenient on the

go" than regular hard boiled eggs?
