Guest guest
Hey Jodi! How absolutly amazing for Max!! He has been so courageous and mature through his battles and is a true hero in my eyes. I can just imagine your elation over this victory. As lucky as you are to have Max in your life, I think he's just as lucky to have you for his parents, advocating for him and being so supportive of him. Congratulations! Guest guest
Jodi, Wow, that is great news. Way to go for you and Max. I can just imagine how happy he is. That is awesome. Tell Max that I said congratulations and I am so proud. An understatement because I am sure you are more proud and elated than words can possibly describe right now. Take care and hope to hear more good news soon. Can't wait to hear what Dr. H says at his next appointment. So happy for you, The other Jodi ) > Max saw the GI today at town Memorial. Guest guest
How has the medical field changed since max was a baby? Just curious on new things. Max is now tubeless!!! Max saw the GI today at town Memorial. As we had agreed upon last year at this time, Max has not used his g-j tube for a year now, so Dr. Rosh pulled it! Max is so happy. And Dr. Rosh could not believe the changes in Max. His growth shot up and he is almost on the bottom line of the chart now. At 5'3 " and 115 pounds soaking wet, Max is doing really well. I can't wait for Dr. H. to see him on the 21st of June. He will be eleven days shy of 17 and a miracle in our eyes. Jodi Z

Guest guest
Judith, I have to tell you that we NEVER thought Max would make it to 5'3 " . We had our sites set on passing 5' and thought that would be that. But Dr. H. said to put our trust in her and that if anyone was going to get him to grow, it would be her. Since he is still growing, I guess he will maybe make it to 5'4 " . I don't care anymore. He is taller than I am and that is how it should be. Our BIG dream for him has come true. He is healthy, happy and just a great person. I wish for and know that will do just as well. Jodi Z

Guest guest
Hillary, You are correct - we should go out this weekend and celebrate. As a matter of fact, during a commercial for The Apprentice (Max and I were glued to the TV), I asked Max how he wanted to celebrate. Would you believe he said all he wants is a haircut so that he can look good for the private school reunion he is going to on Saturday? Wow! A $12 haircut. Go figure.
