potty accidents after potty training

i know there has been a lot of posts about potty training, but none of

it answers my questions, kyla has been potty trained for a year, but

she still wets at night, every night.....the last week she has had at

least 3 accidents during the day, sometimes i spank her because she

knows better and i think she is just too into whatever she is doing,

but is there some kind of medical reason? her bladder is small, but it

shouldn't be any smaller than normal, any suggestions? i hate getting

onto her because i know in some ways its not her fault,,,thanks for

any input, steph
