It's true, I'll let you guys know after the appt this morning...

Thanks for the tips everyone...I'll try the red lentils first. I used to make a

dhal that did not have whole spices so I will dig up that recipe and maybe try

that first. Then Raj's (nice website by the way - it's beautiful!).

And Marilyn...I'd love to check out your chili recipe!!
