Submitting pictures for the Cranial Tech calendar???

I would like to submit some pictures of Maysa for the Cranial Tech calendar but I am a bit confused as to what I should be sending. Is it prints that they want? If so, what format should I print them in. Should I send them on a CD? Or should I send both?

For those of you who've done this before, would you please let me know.
