community. All submissions will be considered for inclusion in FHSI’s 2009 Innovative Outreach Practices Report,

and submitting Migrant

Health Centers

and Voucher Programs will be automatically nominated for the Sister Cecilia B.

Abhold Award. Benefits of the award include exposure at your region’s

Migrant Stream Forum, a plaque to display in your health center, a $200 stipend
