And those who eat the least are the slow losers>>>>>>>>> Mike was one who could eat alot of sugar and fats and the pounds would just peel off......however, there is a point you arrive at where you stop losing if you continue to ingest alot of sugar! Such is the case with Mike now and he will have to stop eating that in order to lose the rest. No gains, just no more loss in the 7 weeks. As for me, I was ok with some sugar from time to time but if I eat too much of it I wont lose and might gain a couple only to lose when I stop eating sugars. Now I just eat moderately of carbs including the simple sugars. Its not a problem for me though becuz I do prefer good foods such as protein and always search it out before I think of others.
