I looked at both sites but the information to me was

inconclusive whether or not it is SCD legal. So, I don’t know whether

apricot seed is a polysaccharide or not.

I found it on a list of Species used for constipation: http://www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/duke/ethno-actlist.pl?Constipation

It sounds like it can impact digestion and motility. I also

found it on this list of Species used for Poison:

http://www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/duke/ethno-actlist.pl?Poison

It is a matter of quantity I imagine when it comes to poison. I

personally would not use it.

Perhaps a moderator can weigh in here.

I was wondering if anyone has tried apricot

seed tea. (Also- is it legal??) I read that it has B17 and some other healing

properties and lots of people use it to battle cancer (which I don't have btw).

So I saved some apricot seeds and was going to grind them up and make tea. But

I wanted to ask if anyone had tried it and if it helped or you reacted or...?
