Guest guest
I have been meaning to post my question about Dalia's naps....what a stressful topic this is. She has always been a short napper, but generally a good sleeper at night (doesn't usually wake)...although she has to be in bed by 6-6:30 pm and wakes up anywhere from 5:30-6:30 on a good day. Lately she has been waking here and there, but she is also teething big time. I have been stressing over the nap thing for sooooo long. I mean how can a child survive with one 45 minute nap per day???? She had around 2 weeks of longer naps recently but that was short lived. I hope it gets better one day...I have joined a sleeping message board in search of any help.....argggggg. I am not glad that others on this board have the same problem, but I am sort of glad that I am not completely alone in this. Does anyone here have any tips? Guest guest
FWIW, I never napped. Always had enough energy and was awake until a good 8pm because my father didn't get home from work until 7pm and my mom said I was always awake when he got home. At 39, I nap a WHOLE lot more <wink>. And have considerably less energy too <VBG>. -Sharon- Just an RSS kid who grew up > I have been meaning to post my question about Dalia's naps....what a > stressful topic this is.
