Hi, I went on the internet and looked up some companies, I applied with

Care Entree.

Be cautious. This plan states that it is NOT insurance. It is some

kind of discount plan. I am guessing that what happens is that you

get the PPO negotiated rates instead of full price in exchange for

the $49. They probably give you discounted pharmacy stuff too, but I

doubt they pay anything. You better check, but I don't think this

thing is regulated and it may be a scam!
