Guest guest
Some of the tummy rumble may be from the sugar that is present in all fruit juices. I happen tolove apple juice. But, I have to watch it because of the sugar. Not so much for the tummy rumbles, but fore the fully-absorbable calories. --Steve At 10:00 PM +0000 10/17/01, soozyl101@... wrote: >Anybody have problems with digesting orange juice? Guest guest
In addition to the sugar, Orange Juice is VERY acidic and can be unpleasent to the digestive system. Enjoy it in moderation. Guest guest
I diluted my OJ with equal parts of water too Nick....and also apple juice and still do if I drink them. They are too sweet for me straight anyway! Judie
Guest guest
Hi Sue- Orange juice has a whole bunch of sugar in it and is not recommended during the high weight loss period. I fudge on that myself, though. However, I have about 2 ounces cut with an equal amount of water with my breakfast. I discussed it with Dr. Keshishian and he didn't freak out. This gives me a little tast of OJ but doesn't add too many carbs. Diluting it might just help you with your other difficulties, too.
