Guest guest
Thanks Ken, She hasn't even started the gh yet. We will have to just wait for the MRI. The other thing that I was wondering is when your son or someone elses child gets a temp does each ear read differently? na had one of 104 in her right ear and 102.7 in her left. Under the arm 104.2 right and 103 left. She wouldn't let the nurse or doctor go near the mouth. I know the canal of the ears are different because ever doctor mentions it.They say some ears are a few decimals off but have never seen this much difference. Did you see her picture does she look like RSS? She has changed alot since birth, her body now fits her face. One says RSS the others SGA. Perhaps other will have more advice. Ken M > Hello, > Has anyone's child or you had a bone cyst? I guess some kids get them. We saw the ortho yesterday. She has been complaining of leg pains as you know from helping us get sleep with different remedies. He took xrays and noticed a bone cyst on her bone connecting to her hip ( normal side) which would cause the pain he said. He also took blood for electrolites. I told him about the soda water, sea salt and gatoraide I tried giving her and that she slept better. He was fine with that and has had parents use soda water before. We now have to go for an MRI to check it out because her previous xrays didn't show anything.I'm sure it's nothing to worry about is what the doctor said. 5 steps forward one back. better than 5 forward 5 back. Her legs grew which her 2cm difference is still 2cm. Her leg lift still fits. ( I was hoping because she grew some, her feet grew and the lift needed to be adjusted but her feet are the same size) She is such a trooper the xray tech did an xray of her doll > which my husband i burst out laughing They used an old film, he thought we were being charge for it. ( at first so did I) They said she has to be sedated for the MRI. She had one on her brain when she was 6 months old but now she knows whats going on to a degree. I also want to make sure that gets nutrients while it's being donee. Any suggestions? comments? We go to the endo Friday hopefully he will say it's nothing and she is doing great like last time. > Marcy na mom 4yrs old 27lbs 35 inches > > > --------------------------------- > Do you Yahoo!? > Yahoo! Guest guest
hahaha thankfully he only has one. Thanks kmerrith wrote: Hi Marcy, When my son gets a temp there is only one plcae we take his temperature. He only has one of those and it is not his mouth. If he had 2 then we would be on a differnt list. I have heard from our doctor that temp reading taken in the ears and under the arms can ary widely. The most accurate temperatures come from oral or rectal measurements. I am a terrible judge of RSS, especially when trying to see it in someone pictures. Your daughter is very adorable though. I hope this helps. Ken M > > Hello, > > Has anyone's child or you had a bone cyst? I guess some kids get > them. We saw the ortho yesterday.
