BCBS PPO; Drs. Antone, , Grant

Does anyone have any experience with this insurance and this doc? I

am switching to Basic Option (Federal Plan) which allows me to see

ANY provider without a referral and pays all without a deductible (co-

pay applies). I have two, now perhaps three, surgeon preferences.

Antone because he is close (via air) to Phoenix, Dr. because he

is close to my family, and, now, Dr. Grant at Duke whom I have worked

with and absolutely ADORE (and who is in the same town with all my

nurse friends). They all accept BCBS--doesn't everyone?--and I am

just researching the different lenghts of time required for a surgery
