Guest guest Posted April 1, 2010 Report Share Posted April 1, 2010 I don't have any sunflower oil at the moment to run up and taste but I've used it in the past and my recollection is that it is quite mild. This might work well for mayo. I'm thinking that of the mild tasting oils, sunflower might be the lesser of all the evils. I still don't want to use refined though.
