Guest guest
To , I'm going to be very direct here. It is with friendship that I am posting this, not criticism or to scare you.... You are really NOT going to know what LeeAnn requires until you get her here. While she seems to have had excellent care where she is now, I'm pretty positive that they don't know as much about RSS, what to look for, treatments, etc. as we do here in the US. Yes, she looks very happy and healthy. That is wonderful. She is off to a great start. But you need to get your anxious, loving little hands on her beautiful, loving little body/person and then take that child to an endo who knows about RSS. Only then will you have any idea of where to go with her and what to do. LeeAnn is so lucky to have you for her parents. You are going to be great with her and provide what she needs. I know that. Now when are they going to release her so that you can go get her? I can't stand the anticipation at this point! I cannot imagine how you feel! Guest guest
Hi Jodie, This is what I know for sure. There are about 14 people ahead of us waiting to get babies. Our agency has had about 2 a week come home. I am really ready to get her! Korea has really good health care but you are probably right about the US knowing more about RSS. As far as I know she has yet to see an endo. We will be taking her to Stanford ASAP. I love this forum and have learned a lot here. However, I have made myself a little crazy while waiting wondering what we will need to do. I feel like we should be at an advantage knowing she has it but in some ways that is frustrating too. Thanks for your kind words, J To , I'm going to be very direct here. It is with friendship that I am posting this, not criticism or to scare you.... Guest guest
, I'd love to plan a trip to the beach. It's just too darn cold! I don't know how to dress anymore! I guess soon enough we will be complaining about the heat, right? All Max wants now is a haircut. I'm surprised because all the teens seem to be wearing their hair long these days. He does not want a lot cut off, mind you. He just wants " a little trim. " (Max's words.) Oy! Jodi Z
