Hey Helene - you are a cool Mom!

Love your ideas. Just wish my older son (NT but VERY picky eater...) wasn't

allergic to legumes (peas, beans....). Any ideas involving broccoli????

Chaos? BRING IT ON!!! ;)

We cook broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until they are very soft and each

kid has their own masher to mash the colors into the mashed potatoes before

dinner. I'm sure this robs the veggies of many nutrients, however(the

overcooking). They try to combine colors, etc. Maybe you could do it with

baby food because they're not supposed to lose their nutrients but are still

soft? Anyway, my NT son is proud of this, like an art project, and shows

Daddy when he gets home. More mess! Helene
