Guest guest
I've been playing around w/this cookie recipe because I LOVE to make icecream sandwiches w/these using frozen banana and yogurt as the icecream. Recently I made mine and they were so flat..and the recipe says to roll into a ball. Mine basically pour out of the bowl! So I did a few things (I'm usually not one to tinker w/recipes!) Modified version of Magical Nut Butter Cookies: 1 c nut butter 1/2 c honey 2 eggs 1 tsp legal vanilla small pinch baking soda can add cinnamon Mix all together with mixer and refrigerate batter. It will thicken back up this way. Spoon batter onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet (they seem to spread a lot) and Bake aat 350 deg for about 14 min. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Enjoy! Marla IBS-D 20 yrs SCD 11/
Guest guest
I just made these cookies and they are delicious. The texture does remind me of ice cream sandwiches! When I next make them I will add a few tablespoons melted cocoa butter to the mix…Thanks for posting the recipe.
