Does KidCalm come in a liquid form? He won't be able to take capsules. And

who is the manufacturer?

The recommendations says children 12 yo and older are to have 2-6 capsules

daily, children 5-12 yo: 2-4 capsules daily. I broke these up to twice a

day, but it doesn't say how often.
