Coconut flour is legal but it's advanced. Tropical Traditions or Elena's Pantry are two good websites to check out for cooking with coconut flour/recipes etc. Just be sure to watch for illegals so you can replace them (honey instead of sugar, agave, or maple syrup and coconut flour instead of arrowroot powder, etc.)

Just as a forewarning, be careful with Bob's Red Mill products. I've heard of some folks not tolerating them well because of cross-contamination in their facility. It was something like the machines may be used for items with gluten, and when they change the production line to a gluten-free item, they throw away the first few batches that run thru to clear out the gluten. For some folks this could be ok, but there's always some that react.

Is Bob's Red Mill coconut flour legal? If so, I'm going out to buy some because that sounds like it would be good for bread.Tamra in GilroyFMS, CFIDS, PI-IBS-dSCD Day 47LDN Day 223>> Yes, I use Bob's Red Mill coconut flour. Works great. I make a loaf of> Elena's bread every week.> > -->

It's legal, but some people have trouble with it. I personally like

Tropical Traditions coconut stuff.
